LETTS GO Watersports had a strong selection of lake activities, but the website needed a clearer structure to help visitors understand and compare the available rental options. With services ranging from jet skis and kayaks to pontoons, eco-boats, paddleboards, and captained boat rentals, users needed a simpler way to find the right activity based on group size, budget, duration, and experience type.
The existing user journey also needed stronger visual organization, clearer calls to action, and better content flow across the rental and tour pages. Since many visitors book while planning weekend trips, family outings, or group adventures, the site needed to make pricing, rental details, specials, and booking steps easier to scan on both desktop and mobile.
