Experience! The Finger Lakes offers many different types of experiences, including public tours, private wine tours, sommelier services, culinary events, corporate planning, and custom group itineraries. Because of this wide service range, visitors needed a clearer way to understand what each service includes and which option is right for them.

The website needed stronger content hierarchy, cleaner service pathways, better visual flow, and clearer calls to action. It also needed to highlight the company’s credibility, including Laura Winter Falk’s sommelier background, the owners’ long connection to the Finger Lakes, guest reviews, and the company’s premium approach to regional experiences.
